Buyer, please note the following:

• We do value all our Buyers and appreciate your patronage.  We are not a big corporation. We have been eBay sellers for almost 20 years. It is not a hobby but a source of supplemental income for our family, we take it seriously.

Refunds:

• If we have grossly misrepresented an item, you can request a refund.
• We cannot control items that are lost or broken through shipping but will try to help you.
• If you decide you do not like the color/shape/size of something we would not be responsible as it would be up to you to be a conscientious buyer.
• If you decide to open or use an item that is not defective, we would not be responsible.

Authenticity:

• We sell authentic items from a-z, and we try describing the item with as much detail and photos as possible.  If we have a COA, it will be provided.

Packing/Shipping:

• Your item will be wrapped/packed with as much care as possible, and we always take pictures of the items in the box wrapped.  We will try to offer the most economical shipping option available.

Feedback:

• We do care about our feedback rating but there are times when we cannot make every Buyer happy, but we do try.
