NEW OLD STOCK, IT DOES NOT LOOK BRAND NEW BECAUSE OF DECADES OF STORAGE. I HAVE A FEW NEW OLD STOCK CASES OF THESE. 8 TANKS were in each case and they were each wrapped in brown paper. They were stored in a damp area of a warehouse and the paper wrapping around each one new from the factory has patina on some of the tanks, some of the tanks have surface rust on the inside. If you want more of the same tank just let me know I have a few cases. They do not have caps, I opened sealed cases and the only things inside were tanks no caps, this is how they came from the factory.
