This auction is for a vintage and hard to find U.S. NAVY NAVSEA NAVAL SEA SYSTEMS COMMAND Brass & Wood Plaque.This 12" x 10" Plaque is in very good condition. There are 2 small indentations on the top where the named individuals Plaque was removed. Numerous individuals and teams have been rewarded with the Naval Sea Systems Command Plaque, which is considered a high accomplishment in the (NAVSEA).
The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) began issuing its own distinct command plaques in 1974, when the organization was established through the merger of the Naval Ship Systems Command and the Naval Ordnance Systems Command.
