The cost is higher than standard postage, about $ 30 or higher. If you want post by EMS or DHL, please contact us. Very reasonalbe shipping fee will be charged

  • Each phone case is produced individually per your request. We are not able to resell such stock therefore we do not accept returns if you choose wrong model of the case or approve preview.   • We accept products back if something is broken or missed within 30 days after payment has been received. a. The product must be in its original packaging; b. Unused and in its original condition; c. The product is personalised where a change of mind return is not available. If these requirements will be met we will issue full refund. If these requirements are not satisfied we reserve the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns. 
  • Buyers accept the responsibility to pay for return freight for any reasons. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable at any case.
