Includes all items shown in pictures.

Cutterhead and blades measure 4-1/4", shaft measures 7-7/8" long.

Blades are in good shape and not knicked, will need honed/sharpened.

Shaft shows pretty good wear where the small pulley is set-screwed fast but was working fine for the many years I've owned this tool.

Bearing are pretty worn, but again were still working fine up until the point I decided to part this tool out.
