THIS LISTING IS FOR ONE TRUCK
I was watching a Youtube documentary on the Red Ball Express in World War II. If you're not familiar, once the Allies landed on D-Day and broke out the hedgerow country they began racing toward Berlin. One of the problems that quickly cropped up was the that the fitting units were outrunning the supply lines. The Allies had bombed most of the rail lines to hamper German supplies and now they were being hamper as well. Enter the Red Ball Express. Trucks were rounded up to drive supplies to the front lines. Several road were designated one way to keep congestion down. The numbers involved were staggering with express running about 90 days. Most of the drivers were African American and it's been said that the Nazis were defeated by American trucks and their drivers. Based on some research and videos, The Lastdue shops have designed a number of trucks that were used.
