Freight Shipping - Extra large items, and items over 100 lbs might require freight shipping. Please message/email me your shipping destination , if commercial or residential?

 You can also request a pickup from your freight company/Carrier if you have one. There will be a $55 pallet and packaging fee if pick-up is requested. There might be additional fee for crating (if needed).  Fee would be waived if freight company would be packaging item on your behalf.

Cost of shipping includes insurance, packaging and handling fee. All items are professionally packaged and shipped.

USA Customers

• Items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is received.

• Items are shipped by USPS or FedEx ground.

• Shipping price includes shipping and handling fees unless otherwise stated.

• Items valued at $250 or greater would only be shipped to a PayPal confirmed address and requires signature at time of delivery.

• Shipping rate provided for U.S customers only apply to for all 48 contiguous states, unless stated otherwise.

• There is a shipping surcharge to items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S Island territories. Please contact us to find out additional charges if any.

• Combined Shipping discount is available, which is based on number of items purchased and shipping weight.

International Customers

• Customers/Buyers are responsible for local customs duties, taxes, tariffs or any other charges as such on items charged by their country of resident.

• I ship by USPS, UPS, FEDEX and DHL. I determine which shipping company ships the merchandise by cost and location, only if customer request otherwise. In such case, customer/buyer would be responsible for any additional cost and requirement by courier service.

• Once an item is shipped I would provide tracking number or custom form number

Shipping and Return Policies

• Expedited Shipping is available if you need one. You are responsible for the extra charges (shipping and handling).

• All items are packaged and shipped in a professional manner.

• Items sold for "Parts" cannot be returned, unless states otherwise.

• All returned items must be in original condition you received item.

• We reserve the right to reject item after inspection (i.e. items with physical damage, incomplete packaging or missing parts) when returned.  In the event that physical damage is caused during transit of a return, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier to start a damage claim immediately upon receiving a notification from us. The responsibility is between customer and carrier .

• All returned items MUST be in original condition, packaging, sealed, and unused.

• No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and the customer assumes responsibility for the package until it is delivered to our warehouse.

• The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges to return the merchandise.

• We will be responsible for shipment of a new product back to the buyer for an exchange.

• Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days through PayPal upon arrival of merchandise.

• Refund will be made in the same method as it was received by me. (i.e. if you paid by PayPal , I would issue a PayPal refund.)

• FEEDBACK AND RESPONSES

• We check our  email frequently and respond to them within a business day or at most two business days, unless there is an unforeseen situation. If you do not hear back from us within two business days, please resend email,we might not have received your initial email.
