Printed in Canada in 1970, it contains a foreword by rabbis Pinchas Teitz and Isaac Hechtman, that explains the book is for Jewish Tourists visiting the Soviet Union. These rabbis exerted tremendous effort and self sacrifice to disseminate Judaism to Jews behind the Iron Curtain.
