ME-SR-100 V2 is an automatic range meter to test capacitor's resistance (ESR) and small resistance. The measurement range is from 0.001 to 100.0R, with a high accuracy of 1%. Supports measurement in the line. High resolution 0.001. Large LCD display, support USB power supply, DC5V power supply.
Use a real 100KHz sine wave to measure the internal resistance (ESR) of a capacitor, which is equivalent to the test method of a capacitor manufacturer. In the market, there are some test methods that use instantaneous pulse technology to test, but the measured capacitance value changes, and sometimes the measured value is completely different from other manufacturer's value.

Generally, the ESR value of a broken or aging capacitor is several times larger than that of a good capacitor.
More Details:
- Automatic range: Press and release RANGE button, the first line of the LCD will display "AUTO" (automatic), in the automatic mode, the meter will automatically select the appropriate detection range.
- Manual range: Press and release the RANGE key to manually select range 0-1R, 1-10R, 10-100R. The first line of the LCD will display MANUAL, and the second line will display 0-1R, 1-10R, 10- 100R.
- ZERO button: Short-circuit the test clip to eliminate the resistance of the test lead. Press and release ZERO button, the LCD screen displays ZERO, and wait for the zero to disappear. If you are using an array socket, you need a short pin to short-circuit and clear it.
