Installation Guide

- Before starting, ensure the vehicle is parked on a flat surface and the parking brake is engaged. Use wheel chocks for added safety.
- Jack up the vehicle and remove the front wheels using a lug wrench.
- Detach the brake caliper by removing the caliper bolts. Secure the caliper to the suspension with a hanger to prevent strain on the brake line.
- Remove the old brake pads and brake rotor. Clean the hub surface to ensure proper seating of the new rotor.
- Install the new brake rotor (part number 31275) and secure it with a lug nut temporarily to hold it in place.
- Insert the new brake pads (part number D1506) into the caliper bracket.
- Reinstall the brake caliper and tighten the bolts to the manufacturer's specifications.
- Repeat the process on the opposite side.
- Once both sides are completed, reinstall the front wheels and lower the vehicle.
- Test the brakes at low speed to ensure proper installation and functionality before normal driving.
