Superb English rosewood box. Mother of pearl accents, escutcheon and cartouche. Lovely grain. 

Brass lock and key. Lined with red paper. Stop hinges. 

Excellent antique condition, with only minor age-related wear. A felt or other fabric on the bottom has been removed.
