For offer is an uncut Simplicity 4197 sewing pattern for 6 styles of long skirts. It is from 2006. The envelope is a bit crumpled at the corners, the tab is torn along the top, and there is sticker residue on the front. The pattern and instructions are undamaged.

To reduce shipping costs, it will be shipped with USPS First Class Envelope which does not include tracking. If you want tracking and are willing to pay more, let me know and I will update shipping.
