Enameled metal 10” Center-cab electric loco is original black with red and gold trim, gold stamped lettering, red cast iron pilots, early U-shaped frame with cast iron wheels. Note that it has an early cab with unused lower/end holes for early type handrails. Loco has crinkle-hook couplers and high pedestal headlight, vent end-inserts. There is light corrosion on some nickel-metal parts, mostly on couplers and side steps. Finish has wear mainly edges and ends, not bad for its age of about 110 years. Slide-shoe is missing from pick-up, so it can’t be run on track until you replace this part. The 1-way motor was tested on the bench with jumper wires, it ran and light worked. Sold as is, no operation warranty due to age. Loco is a survivor from the Manufacturing early era of Lionel.
