OHIO (1923)
She was built at Akt. Ges Weser, Bremen, Germany for the North German Lloyd Line as the MUNCHEN. Never in passenger service for them as she was one of the many Germa ships turned over to the Allies after the first World War. She was a 18,940 GT shipwith dimensions of 590' x 72', Twin-screw, 16 knots, quadruple expansion engines, two masts and two funnels.
Renamed OHIO for the Royal Mail Line in 1923 and her maiden voyage was Hamburg-Southampton Cherbourg-New York April 4, 1923. Renamed ALBERTIC in 1927. Scrapped in 1934.
