Note: The remote with the trunk button and the remote with the rear 2x button are the same remote.  The circuit boards are the same - only the icon on the button pad is different.  We have combined these two remotes in one listing since they work the same.  You will get one of them but we do not guarantee which one.  You can request a particular one in the order comments and we will try to accommodate you if we can.

PROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS:

Chevy Camaro Z24  Z 24 SS RS CAMERO

PROGRAMMING

1. Turn the ignition switch to the OFF position.  

2  Remove the RADIO fuse.    

3.  Cycle the ignition switch from the OFF position to the RUN position (as far as you can go without  cranking the engine) 3 times within 5 second ending in the RUN position. The vehicle will verify  entry into the programming mode by locking then unlocking the door locks.  

4.  Press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the first transmitter for approximately  15 seconds. The vehicle will verify programming by locking then unlocking the door locks. Your  new remote has been accepted and all existing remote codes have been erased.    

5.  Repeat the previous step for each additional transmitter (including any existing transmitters). You may program up to 4 transmitters. This must be done before the RADIO fuse is reinstalled.    

6.  Place the ignition switch in the OFF position. IMPORTANT: The remote keyless entry system
      will not be operational if the radio fuse is open.    

7.  Replace the RADIO fuse. If at any time it is necessary to restart the procedure, turn the ignition  OFF and proceed again with step number 1

PROGRAMMING

 This keyless entry requires programming by your local dealer or locksmith.

 You will need to visit your local dealer or locksmith to have your remote programmed to your car using diagnostic equipment.

CHEVY CHEVROLET LUMINA Z34  Z 34

PROGRAMMING

Note: Existing keyless remotes will be erased with this procedure.  Existing working remotes will have to reprogrammed also.

1. Locate the programming connector wire located in the RH trunk area. You may have to pull back right side trunk trim on trunk wall to locate  the single black/white wire.

2. The programming connector wire should have one termial in the plastic connector on end of black/white wire. Ground the terminal in the connector  to  a nearby bolt or trunk latch.  Leave connector wire connected to ground through out procedure.

3. System will now lock and unlock doors automatically to indicate
    programming mode has been activated.

4. Press and hold the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on keyless remote at the  same time for 15 seconds or until the door locks lock and unlock once. This indicates that your new keyless remote has been programmed and
    all other existing remotes have been erased.

5. Repeat step 4 for to program any additonal keyless remotes including and existing keyless remotes. Do not remove ground wire between  programming of keyless remotes.

6. Disconnect programming connector wire from ground to exit programming  mode.

7. Test keyless remote(s).

OLDS OLDSMOBILE Achieva

1. Make sure ignition is in the OFF position.

2. Locate the programming connector in the trunk (drivers side). It is a plastic connector with two wires leading up to it. The connector is not plugged into anything. You may
 have to pull back trunk trim to access connector.

3. The programming connector should have two terminals. Connect both terminals with a suitable jumper wire. Make sure the terminals remain connected throughout the
programming procedure.

4. Press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the remote at the same time. In response, the keyless entry module will cycle all door lock motors at once. This will indicate your
remote has been accepted and all existing remotes have been erased.

5. Repeat step 4 now for each additional remotes, including any exiting remotes. DO NOT remove jumper wire in between programming of remotes.

6. Remove jumper wire and test remotes.

Pontiac Firebird Trans Am

4. Press the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons on the transmitter simultaneously.  In response, the Keyless Entry Module will cycle all the Door Lock Motors at once. Your new remote has been accepted and all existing remote codes  have been erased.    

5. Repeat the previous step for each additional transmitter (including any existing transmitters). Do not remove jumper wire in between programming   of transmitters.    

6. Remove the jumper wire from the Keyless Programming Connector. 

PROGRAMMING 2000 - 2005

 This keyless entry requires programming by your local dealer or locksmith.

 You will need to visit your local dealer or locksmith to have your remote programmed to your car using diagnostic equipment.

How to find out if this remote is compatible with your Vehicles’ installed RKE System

If you're not sure your vehicle can use this remote, please ask questions or contact your local dealer first.

1.   Check the back of your current or old keyless remote to match FCC ID /Part #’s.

2.   Contact your local dealer and tell them your VIN# and ask what part # / FCC ID you need.

 Your vehicle will be installed with one of the following keyless entry systems:  

  a. Standard Keyless Remote Packages: Installed at time of manufacture. 

  b. Optional Keyless Remote Packages: Installed by a dealer. 

  c. Aftermarket Keyless Remote Packages: Installed by previous owner or a car/audio shop. 

  d. No remote keyless entry system at all.

Please Note: Each remote and circuit board is UV ID’d prior to shipment  – All returns receive a UV ID inspection to verify originality of remote sent prior to refund or replacement.

Yes. It will have a working battery installed.

Battery Condition:

        A. All remotes sold on Keyless4u include working batteries.

        B. Installed batteries are not tested for battery life- they are simply working.

             Some are new and some are used.
