This unit powers on. I cannot test further. There is no sound coming out of the unit regardless of squelch. Some segments in the channel indicator blink/flash (could be dirty knob.) Power test was done via AC. See pictures for cosmetic condition - was wiped down with a rag but still lots of detail work left to do. Cannot guarantee working condition. Be prepared to do repairs to get this unit working. Do not purchase this
