Returns & Refund Policy

• If the buyer orders the wrong item or no longer needs it, return shipping and related costs will be deducted from the refund.
• All items must be returned in their original condition, including box and accessories. Failure to do so may result in a deduction of 20% to 50% from the refund.
• A 20% restocking fee will apply if the item is unused, non-defective upon inspection, or if the wrong part was ordered.
• If an item is received broken or damaged during shipping, please provide photos of the item and packaging before a resolution is processed.
• If the product is defective or damaged, we will provide a prepaid return label and accept the return for either a refund or an exchange.
