Shipping Requirements:
For LTL freight shipments over 90 LBS must be delivered to a commercial address equipped with a loading dock and/or forklift.
If this is not available, we can ship to the nearest LTL freight terminal for customer pickup.
Return Policy:
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. If your item doesn’t fit, you’re not satisfied with the way it looks, or it remains unused, you may return it for a full refund.
Please note the following exceptions:
Glass and Seat Orders are not eligible for return unless:
The item was damaged during delivery (photo evidence required), or
The wrong item was shipped.
These items have a limited 15-day return window.
Important:
No returns on glass will be accepted without photo documentation of the damage.
