UltraLITE PRO16 are All-in-One wireless headsets that feature a compact full duplex radio installed inside the earcups eliminating wires and belt worn transceivers. All complete PRO16 systems provide simultaneous talk hands free communication for up to 16 users without a HUB.

All orders ship within two business days. Your order will be shipped via FedEx.
At this time, we only ship to physical addresses that are located within the 48 contiguous states. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or international addresses. Local pick up is available for some orders. The "pick up" option must be chosen at check out and is available by appointment only.
Once we have confirmed that your order was picked up by the shipping carrier, we will update the tracking information via eBay.
We accept returns that are requested within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise. If you wish to begin a return, please submit a return request via eBay and a return label will be provided upon approval.
If you receive a product that was damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the shipper. Please retain all the shipping packaging and contents.
