Please see photos which are of the actual item you are purchasing.   BRAND NEW still sealed in shrink wrap, and all looks fine underneath.  Because I cannot access the publisher information page, I am unable to verify publisher, ISBN and date of publication.  This is certainly a reprint and a stated date of 1994 is likely accurate.
