Well used. Has paint loss from use and storage. Ring is in good shape but it may be the original one. The jiggler has a piece of the plastic broken off but doesn't effect its function. This will be shipped in a sturdy box for protection. THE HANDLES OF THE LID HAVE BEEN REMOVED FOR SHIPPING. They easily reattach with a standard flat screwdriver.
