You get the exact item pictured: the Joker Ball with the original packaging.  Take a look at the video demo to hear it working and check out the photos for condition.  The ball has some scuffs and knicks due to the hole in the back of the packaging for testing but looks good overall as shown.  It has fresh batteries and there is no corrosion inside.
