3. Pictures are of the actual item you will receive, unless multiple items are available for purchase.

6. Our goal is a 24-hour handling period but may be as many as 3 days depending on the day and time of your purchase.

8. Please note that we source items from various locations. While pre-owned clothing is laundered per manufacturer’s standards, new clothing is not. Depending on where the item may have been sourced, there may be a slight odor. For example, most resale shops sanitize incoming clothing items which has a distinctive smell. Please keep this in mind when purchasing clothing on eBay or any other online platform. 

9. Regarding pre-owned items: These type items may have flaws or marks. We do our best to describe and show all flaws or marks when listing an item. Occasionally a flaw or mark may not be noted in the description or photos in error, or we reach the maximum number of images we are allowed to post to the listing. If this happens, please give us the opportunity to resolve the issue.
