A BAMPTON & WALKER 11ft 10" SPLIT CANE SALMON ROD with Serial No.8080874. This dates it to 1917. The rod has been professionally restored at some stage in it's life and comes with Bag albeit no Label. In 3 Sections with spare Tip. 12 Guides and two wooden Ferrule Stoppers. Both Bampton and Walker were originally employed by Hardy Bros and set up in the same Town of Alnwick, England. Still 100% usable or one for the collector.
