Lot of Polly Pocket and possibly other compatible pieces? The one doll comes with everything you see here. One of the dresses has a popped strap, but is still usable, you can see the top of the strap in the close up photo. The little scorecard does have writing on it. The furniture and other pieces are all in decent shape, and there are 6 little cardboard postcards for the mall kiosk! Great this and that for completing other sets you may have pieces to. Please NOTE that the shoes in the photo with the cardboard birthday pieces DO NOT have mates.
