A pair of Winged CHERUBS dance around the stem of this beautiful Victorian Bride's Basket - a Quadrupal Silverplate pedestal with applied grapes & leaves surrounding the top edge and midway around the base.
The large 12.5" diameter Bowl has a ruffled & cripmed rim - White Opalware with a shaded coating of Cranberry glass - finished with a clear edge.

Marked: FORBES Silver Co. / Quadruple / 476.
(Forbes Silver Co. was the holloware plating division of the Meriden Britannia Co. - organized in 1894.)
