Brüder Podbira art deco glass vase with gilded grid decoration. The design was heavily influenced by the work of Josef Hoffmann and Wiener Werkstätte. This was made in the 1930s in Czechoslovakia.
It stands 7" high. The flared top measures 5 3/4" across and the base is 4" across. It is in wonderful condition with no chips or cracks. The gold grid is slightly worn in one spot (see close up photo). The base is marked "Czechoslovakia" in two spots (one spot was double stamped).
