This measures approximately 8 3/4" by 6" and has 452 pages. The cover has some edge wear, and the pages inside each cover have foxing. The inside pages are clean and dry. A few pages in the back have some waving from moisture, just along the top edges. A previous owner marked his name inside the front cover and made a few marks in the text with light pencil.
