New parts that have been fitted cannot be returned for a refund, as we cannot resell them as new.
If the item is new and not yet fitted, it may be returned.
Fitted new items may only be exchanged if proven faulty.
Modified or customized items are not eligible for return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is:

Unused and unmodified
In complete and resalable condition
Returned with proof of purchase
