POSTAGE POLICY

We endeavor to dispatch all orders placed within 1 or 2 working day.

Please note that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays, and courier companies do not collect or deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

Our opening hours are Monday-Friday 10am - 5:30pm. Orders placed after 10am on Friday will be dispatched from our premises on the following Monday.

Our default shipping courier is Evri, DPD, YODEL and royal mail, but some orders may need to be diverted to other carriers, for different reasons such as due to size/weight/product restrictions or for any technical reason.

Please note that we can only dispatch to the address you provide as the delivery address on your eBay payment. We are unable to accept change of addresses over email. but eBay does allow you to change your delivery address when making payment.
