 Cheng Hou-tien is a renowed Chinese paper cutting artist and author.  He is known for his ability to create intricate designs freehand without sketching. Our paper cuttings were purchased from Cheng Hou-tien at an exhibition at Wheaton Arts in New Jersey sometime in the last 20 years.
