This pretty dress is from House of Harlow in a misses size medium.  Cotton lined. Made of nylon.   Burnt orange in color.  Has a side zipper.  Tiered skirt.

bust is 18 inches across

waist is 15 inches across 

hips are 19 inches across

length is 62 inches long
