Unless we have scheduled time away, purchases that are paid for by 3:00 PM eastern time will ship the same day. After 3:00 PM eastern time, paid purchases will ship by the next business day at the latest.

Free Shipping: If a listing includes free shipping we will consider all the factors to determine the best company to use when shipping your items. Most of the time the items will ship either USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail (as stated in the shipping section of the listing). However, if the cost differential and delivery date are within reason, we may opt to use UPS Ground as we feel it is more secure, more reliable, and even quicker for delivery.

Other shipping options: Most of our listings will include multiple options for you to choose from when it comes to shipping your items. If you choose a shipping option other than the default (i.e. UPS Ground, USPS Express, UPS Next Day Air, etc.) the amount you will pay may be significantly more than the cost to ship the item. We will refund you the amount you paid that is in excess of the actual cost to ship the item! (Keep in mind, the actual cost may include supplies and/or the time to travel to a specific office to drop off your package.) For example, if you select USPS Express on an item that can fit in a USPS Express Flat Rate Envelope, you will most likely pay much more than what that would cost. We will refund you the difference after considering the time and supplies needed (if any) to fulfill your request.
