This set of four connectors uses compression to displace insulation to form an electrical connection between the ends of two fine, 26 gauge or similar, insulated wires. Included with the four connectors are two pigtail wires that are part of a Noctua four-pin-wide plug. This kit is from a Noctua 40 mm fan kit. A pliers or similar compression tool is needed to use the connectors.

Warning: The default shipping method (large envelope first class mail) is the most economical, but does not include a tracking number, and USPS does not seem to care about speed of delivery for it. If the buyer wants a tracking number, be sure to select the alternate USPS Ground Advantage.  USPS has been very slow delivering first class mail--typically at least 7 days, and sometimes over 12 days.  USPS charges over twice as much to handle Ground Advantage, but it is moving faster than first class letters in 2026.
