We deliver within 3 working days for most deliveries, however please allow up to 10 working days.
Our courier provide only one driver on truck. Please make sure you have some one that's capable of helping the driver take item of the truck. Courier only delivery to ground level.
If you have any special requirements a specialized service will be required and extra charges may apply. Our courier will not be responsible for any assembling work.
We require payment within 3 days of auction ending. Please contact us to organize alternative or delayed Payments. After you have made your payment please send us your best contact number and Confirmation of the delivery address, to make sure your item arrives to the correct address.
We accept payment through PayPal, Visa or Master card, Bank transfer. If you are unable to make payment, please contact us through"ASK SELLER A QUESTION"and our customer service team will be more than happy to help.
We offer 14-day Money Back! Under the conditions that item is returned in the original and new condition. Item must not be opened, worn package, damaged, item must be returned in perfect condition. Upon receiving the item we will refund the cost of product only. Delivery both ways will be at the buyer's expense.
If the product arrived to you faulty, we will arrange to have the item picked up and replaced under the seller's cost. The item will be exchanged and will not be refunded. Claims must be made within 7 days of receiving item. The replacement item will only be dispatched after the return product is received. Any item returned after 7-day period, delivery both ways will be at the buyer's expense. The warranty will only cover the parts deemed faulty or defective under normal use. We require that all parts claimedunder warranty to be sent back to us for replacement or repair. Shipping of parts and labour in fitting parts are at the buyer'sexpense. The warranty does not cover: Minor nicks& scratches, product misuse, damages caused by improper assembly & installation, mishandling product during movement from the delivery truck to the buyer's premises.
