The compatibility table is a very useful guide. However, the data is supplied by eBay and not all models are available for us to select. There is also a limit to the number of models we can add to each listing. If your vehicle does not show in the listing and you need clarification then please get in touch and we can let you know.

Shipping

If we receive an order before 2 pm Monday-Sunday, we aim to despatch the order the same day. Orders received after 2 pm will be despatched the following working day.

Although we do our very best to ensure swift despatch and delivery, we cannot guarantee these times.

Please note the buyer is liable for any customs charges in the event that the destination country of the goods imposes import duties, tariffs or charges on your order. Mountain Warehouse has no control over these charges and they vary from country to country. As the purchaser of the goods, you will be considered the importer by your country's customs authority. There is no duty for the EU and the UK.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, you can pay with your Paypal balance or pay by Debit/Credit card through Paypal. If need help, please send an eBay message to us. Please reference the eBay listing item number.

Please note that payments must clear into our Paypal account before the order can be shipped;

Please make payment within 2 days after purchase confirmed, as unpaid items will automatically action eBay to open an unpaid case against you.

Returns

Please read our description carefully before purchase.

Unwanted/change mind items: Please contact us in writing within 7 days of purchase, the item must be returned in its original packaging, including all the accessories/paper works and free gift(if applicable). 

Items Faulty on Arrival: You have 28 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault, we will provide return instructions and issue replace/refund according to your requirement.

Items Faulty in Warranty Period: We provide one year warranty for new products, so in the unlikely event that your item does develop a fault, we will test and replace or repair it.
