So I don't know anything really about little army men figures. These have markings on them so I'm thinking maybe they've been open before. Please see pictures it's like there's a few different darker colored markers where they've been marked on the bottom. I don't know whether that was to show previous ownership or if that's how they come. So it's listed as new but check everything out to make sure you're cool with it. I do really like these a lot, because they represent American history and they're just kind of cool honestly. But I'm letting them go I just don't have room to keep stuff that I like anymore it's got to be stuff I'm committed to displaying or whatever. Thank you so much for looking
