If you want additional time to get a certificate just let me know and I will extend the normal 14-day return until the certificate comes back. If the certificate comes back with a problem I will pay for the certificate and return your money and pay the postage both ways. The stamp must be returned in the same condition as received (i.e. no marking on the stamp).

Shipping in the US will be via first class letter rate. International shipping will be international first class letter rate. I will combine shipping if you buy more than one item.
