On the fridge's that use this icemaker, it's more common to see a broken wire at the base of the freezer door.  Sometimes inside the door itself.  Free Returns has been turned off for this listing since it's a commonly returned item for being improperly diagnosed. (And if it twists the ice maker, but doesn't return, it will ruin the twist cube tray fairly quickly.)  There are also some insulation issues that will freeze up the water line.   The icemaker is still covered for a 1 year warranty, so if there is fault of the icemaker, provide the model and serial number and a replacement will be processed.
