1. A claim for refund or replace due to damage by our Freight Delivery must be in writing with photo within 24 hours upon receiving the item. Customer has responsibility to check the goods carefully by opening any package or box, even if the box appears to have no damage. This is before signing the receiving document from Transport Company. Transport damage has to be claimed against the transport company by us.
2. Freight fees are not refundable if the product received is as per order and the customer wants to return to us as he finds it unsuitable for his needs.
3. Local Pickup Customers has the responsibility to check the goods carefully by opening any package or box, even if the box appears to have no damage. This is before signing the receiving document from the warehouse. We do not refund or replace any local pickup’s own transport damage.
4. Should a customer wish to return a product that has been ordered incorrectly by the customer, the item must be returned in the original package and in original condition to qualify for refund. Delivery costs are payable by the customer.
5. Claim for refund of factory fault must be within 7 days upon receiving the item, refund conditions are as per item 4.
6. Items will be repaired or replaced if claims are made after this period of time providing the claim is made within our 12 months warranty policy period.
7. Warranty does not include any late delivery fees or any labour for construction, installing, disassembly. or damage due to unsafe use outside our installation instructions.
