Vintage Look Ergostem. The stem comes with sleeves for 1" or 1-1/8” steertubes and has a 26.0 handlebar clamp.
I have cleaned and lubed the bolts and pivots. The pivots move freely and the bushings are in good condition. The paint is peeling in a few spots, as shown, but the "LOOK" and "A ERGOSTEM B" cover plates are in good condition.
