It’s all one piece like shown in the last picture. Will come disassembled in a box. You connect all the pieces and he stands up right as shown. There’s one light in the skull and one in the pumpkins lantern. Light bulbs are included. The only issues I’ve noticed is one foot is limp, it isn’t pose able like the other foot.
