Salomon s lab pulsar SG (soft ground). These were a game changer when using off road and cross country races. Awesome shoe for muddy Winter parkruns and Cross Country races.
Why - the lugs are perfect for UK off road conditions particularly grass but equally as effective on buffed paths, tracks and road. Each shoe is 205g (trail shoes typically 300 - 400g in my size) so up there with carbon racing shoes, the lower stack provides the stability, the midsole has great energy return. The Salomon build quality is excellent and shoe moulds to the foot,
Great condition with the original box. Originally £180 new. 72 genuine miles and a these are good for hundreds of miles yet. The energy return is still very noticeable. Part of a large shoe rotation and I’m a light runner. I have the newer updated version on the way thus will move these on.
They are a snug race type feel. The upper is a structured sock with clever lace system to lock. I’m a UK9 and these are perfect.
