We have several of these.  We received them from one of the Video Game Shows we attended.  These Promo Hats were given out to promote the PSP Portable System, most likely at the E3 video game show.  It was so long ago, we cant remember for sure, lol.   The one you will receive may not be the same one, but it will be close to the photo.
