Shipping and Handling Policy

All shipping cost include Free Shipping apply to 48 U.S. continental states only. Surcharge will apply all shipment ship to AK, HI, PR and APO address.  All merchandise is shipped to your continental U.S. business or residential address for the standard shipping charge listed in the listing.   We do not ship to P.O. boxes unless the item is less then 2 lbs. Please provide physical shipping address in case the item is over 2lbs. APO, AE, Guam, PR, and other American Territory address, please contact us for exact shipping cost.

Special Deliver Request:
Please notify us if you want the package to be left at the front door if no one is available when package gets deliver.  Please note we can only instruct such service to UPS driver. USPS driver can not be instructed. We ship via USPS for certain locations, if you need the delivery by UPS due to special deliver request, you'll need to pay for the difference of shipping cost between UPS and USPS.

If no one is available during delivery which cause the package to be return to us, buyers will be responsible for the shipping cost for the package to be re-shipped (Free shipping item will be charge for the actual cost of shipping).  If buyer decide to cancel the item the refund will be less shipping cost both way.
