Postage and Payment

If paying with PayPal we can ship your item the same day, if paid before 12 noon. Any other methods will delay your shipping until we have received your payment.

Your item will be dispatched the same day if payment is received before 12 noon; it will always be dispatched the next working day if not. Items purchased after 12 noon Friday will be posted the following Monday.

Returns

We will accept returns within 30 days of sale date - Items MUST be returned in original packaging with anti-static bag, bubble wrap and box where applicable.

Warranty 

All of our computers are fully refurbished by experienced technicians and are sold with warranty, which covers all mechanical faults.

The warranty does NOT cover:
– Software issues
– Damage due to wear and tear
– Damage from poor maintenance, eg failing to keep equipment clean, etc
– Accidents or tampering
– Battery issues

Grades

Excellent – Refurbished

Monitors are in near-new condition with minimal or no visible wear. The screen is flawless, with no scratches, dead pixels, or discoloration. Fully tested and performs like a new unit.

Very Good – Refurbished

Monitors show minor cosmetic signs of use, such as light scuffs on the casing or stand. The screen may have very faint blemishes (e.g., tiny marks or spots) only visible on certain backgrounds. No dead pixels or functional defects. Fully tested and operational.

Good – Refurbished

Noticeable signs of wear on the casing or stand, including scratches or scuffs. The screen may have minor imperfections, such as small marks or slight discoloration, which will be detailed in the product description. No major defects; fully functional and tested.
Any specific faults will be clearly stated in the product description, and photos of imperfections will be provided where possible.

Fair – Refurbished

Significant cosmetic wear, including multiple scratches, scuffs, or chips on the casing or stand. The screen may have visible marks, discoloration, or minor blemishes that do not affect core functionality. All monitors are fully tested and backed by our warranty.
Any specific faults will be clearly stated in the product description, and photos of imperfections will be provided where possible.
