Shipping & Order Info

Once you have placed an order with Berbly Toys, you can expect your items to be shipped in one full business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Most orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage service - expected delivery anywhere in the continental United States is 3-5 business days.

We do not ship internationally.

All orders are shipped from Miami, Florida. Upon purchase of any item in our store, risk of loss in the mail is passed onto the buyer once the item leaves our facility.

How do we pack our items?

We're collectors at heart and we won't throw the latest addition to your collection in a box with no padding. All Lego Minifigures are heat sealed and labeled. If the shipping box gets wet or damaged, that doesn't mean your items should too! Check out the Product Description box above for any specific details on how that item will be shipped if applicable.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of auction close/purchase. A refund will be issued for any items damaged during transit or other problems where Berbly Toys, Inc. is the responsible party. All items must be returned as received the day of delivery. Used/displayed items cannot be returned. We will inspect all returns and contact you should any issue arise. All items returned must be sent using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Returns are processed within 5 business days of receipt. Refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used in initial purchase.
