• The shipping address provided at the time of purchase cannot be modified once the order has been placed.
• Orders will only be shipped to the address associated with the buyer’s eBay account at the time of transaction.
• Shipments to third-party addresses are not permitted.
• If you are unable to adhere to these terms, please refrain from placing an order or requesting a cancellation.
• A signature confirmation is required for all orders valued at $250.00 or more.

Sales Tax:  Indiana Sales Tax: In Indiana, the sale of U.S. coins and currency is generally exempt from state sales tax.  Additionally, coins and bullion that are permitted investments for IRA’s are also exempt from sales tax in Indiana (this includes Silver Eagles).  eBay controls sales tax and decides who pays and who does not pay. They are 100% in control of taxes collected.  We do not have the ability to add, subtract, or adjust sales tax. If you have a sales tax issue, please contact eBay customer service.

Orders: eBay order changes are not permitted.  Please double check your order before submitting.

Cancellations: Once a purchase is completed, pricing is locked, and the order is considered final. Cancellations may only be requested through the official eBay cancellation process. Silver Eagle Exchange reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, for any reason and at any time. Cancellations may occur due to, but are not limited to, typographical errors, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, technical issues (whether on our part or eBay’s), inventory discrepancies, clerical mistakes, or if an order is deemed suspicious or poses a potential risk to our business.

Returns: We offer a 30-day return policy, and notification of a return must be received within this 30-day period. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original, unaltered condition. If the grading/coin holder is broken or removed, a $25 replacement fee will be applied. Silver Eagle Exchange reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
