Unless otherwise stated in the listing: all electronic devices are minimally tested for basic power on functions. We have not tested any other functions, inputs, outputs, battery life, GPS, Frequency signals, and/or the ability to read media unless it is stated in the auction.

All items in used condition should be considered to have normal wear from everyday use. This may include surface scratches, sticker wear, small chips to finish, wear to paint, or other cosmetic defects.

*Items that have batteries: We do NOT guarantee items will hold a charge and/or lifespan of said batteries. They come as is.

*Locked Devices- Devices that are stated and or shown as locked have unknown user name/email/password. These items are sold AS IS and are considered parts or repair lots. No refunds will be given on any locked device. This includes Apple & Google cloud locked devices. 

*We are NOT experts in the items we list, there may be unforeseen problems that require repairs.

Returns: 
We do not allow returns on electronic devices. Items are not professionally serviced or tested and have no warranty in any way. Some items may require service or repairs by a certified professional to fully function. All devices are considered sold as is. You are bidding with this in mind

Payment

We accept PayPal as our primary form of payment. We are unable to accept cash or checks through the mail due to Ebay’s Accepted Payments Policy.

 

We require customers to submit payment within seven (7) days from the ended auction. If not received within this time, we reserve the right to relist the item or no longer offer it for purchase. We do make exceptions in the case of emergencies, however prompt communication is required.

 

Shipping

We use FedEx Ground as our shipping carrier. We use eBay’s Global Shipping Program for our international customers. As a third-party shipper, we do not determine the charges nor do we have the ability to waive any international transaction fees. Please refer to eBay’s International Trading Policy to review prohibited items, restricted categories and to reference a list of eligible countries.

 

Combined Shipping

We make our best attempt to combine shipping in the event more than one item has been purchased. For most items we charge a $1.00 handling fee for each additional item on top of the highest shipping charge, unless they are of unusual dimension or size. We ask the customer contact us BEFORE payment so that we can accurately quote a price and have it reflected in the invoice.

 

For our repeat customers who commonly purchase multiple items: we allow a 14-day window for the accumulation of purchases for a single shipment. Items purchased outside of this time frame will be shipped separately or with other items purchased in the following 2-week window. Please note: due to our automated shipping service, items are prepared for shipment immediately after payment has been received. Thus, we cannot hold nor delay shipments to be combined with other auctions once paid.
