Dell Inspiron One 2305 w01c All-In-One Desktop PC, No HDD, No DVD, No Power Supply, For Parts Or Repair.

The PC would not turn on and had a solid amber power light. I was able to get it to boot up after heating the GPU with a heat gun so I think the solder for the GPU needs to be reflowed. I'm not an expert so I can't guarantee that's what is wrong with it and it could have other issues as well. Also the hard drive and DVD drive have been removed and the sata and power cables for both drives are missing. So the PC is being sold AS-IS, For Parts Or Repair Not Working, No Returns.
